Officials say a strong earthquake measuring magnitude 6.2 has struck off the coast of western Indonesia but there is no danger of a tsunami.
The U.S. Geological Survey says Sunday's quake was centered about 650 kilometers southwest of Banda Aceh, the capital of Aceh province, at a depth of 15 kilometers.
