In Taiwan, there are 9 major cities Taipei, Hsinchu, Hualien, Jiufen, Kaohsiung, Keelung, Puli, Taichung and Tainan. From the ninth city, the largest and most populous is Taipei. Taipei is the capital city and the Republic of China.
