This category includes unique, because all the films submitted must be recorded simply by using a camera located on the cell phone.
In addition to a variety of film types, Vientianale also party music festival with a band of Lao PDR. All film screenings are not charged and held at the National Cultural Hall, located in downtown Vientiane.
